And It Was Good...

God of creation, there at the start before the beginning of time. With no point of reference, You spoke to the dark and fleshed out the wonder of light. - Hillsong

And it was good, it was very good…

God said, “Let there be an expanse in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters.” He said, “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear.” He called the dry land the Earth and He saw that it was good.

God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees bearing fruit each according to its kind on the earth.”

The Earth did it. And it was good.

God made the beasts of the earth according to their kinds and the livestock according to their kinds, and everything that creeps on the ground according to its kind, and He saw that it was good.

Then He said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

So, God created man in his own image.

It's Your breath in our lungs so we pour out our praise to You only. And all the earth will shout Your praise, our hearts will cry, these bones will sing "great are You, Lord." -All Sons and Daughters

He blessed them. And He said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

And He said to Man, “I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food. And to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the heavens and to everything that has the breath of life, I have given every green plant for food.”

And it was so.

God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good.

My eyes are small but they have seen the beauty of enormous things, which leads me to believe You make everything glorious. And I am Yours. What does that make me? - David Crowder Band

The first garden in creation. The garden of creation. A living, breathing masterpiece; sealed with the image of the Artist and stamped with His approval.

The glory of The Uncreated has spilled onto a canvas of creation. Nature has been handcrafted to reveal the nature of our God, and behold, it is good. He is very good.
